Going Paleo

You've probably heard about the Paleo diet. Going back to basics and eating like the cavemen did. My husband Joey and I are probably the worst eaters in the whole world. We lovveeee anything with processed carbs and preservatives. Just take a look at my husband's pantry full of little debbie treats. We also are really tired all the time and since we got married a little under a year ago I've gained 30 pounds and my husband has gained 25. So now as a way to torture ourselves for the weight gain we've decided to try the paleo diet and see if that can improve our energy and possible cause some weight loss. We've started this blog as a way to stay committed to a paleo diet for the next 30 days. Wish us luck!
